STEP-BY-STEP, EASY TO FOLLOW RECIPES:
VEGAN WHITE
LOAF MIX
Loaf
Preparation instructions
*Preheat the oven to 180⁰C and grease a bread tin or a baking tray.
*In a bowl
-
Add 500 g Saint Zero premix
-
Add 460 ml of water
-
Add 125 ml (½ cup) oil of choice
-
Mix for 12-15 minutes on a low speed until the mixture is completely combined and has formed a ball of dough. Using a stand mixer or a handheld mixer (with dough hook attachment).

Gently knead the ball for 3 - 5 minutes until smooth. Cover the dough and leave in a warm place (in the sun, above the oven etc.) for 1 hour to rest. Once rested, form into desired shape (rolls or a round/ long bread).

Bake for 15 to 25 minutes until the bread is evenly brown in colour and sounds hollow when tapped.
* Note: Baking times may vary.
*Prepares 1 loaf or 4 to 6 average sized rolls.
MUFFIN MIX

Preparation instructions
*Preheat the oven to 180⁰C and grease a bread tin or a baking
tray.

Mix 300 ml of water and 200 ml of oil.

Add 500 g Saint Zero premix.

Mix with an electric beater until combined.

Bake as is or alternatively add flavours or ingredients of your choice.
*Note: Baking times may vary.
Recommended fillings: Blueberries, chocolate chips, bananas, carrots and ginger, apples and cinnamon, cheese, spinach and feta.
*Prepares 20 muffins.
Cake
Preparation instructions

Add 500 g Saint Zero premix into 300 ml of water and 200 ml of oil.

Mix with an electric beater until combined.

Bake as is or alternatively add flavours or ingredients of your choice.

Recommended fillings: Blueberries, chocolate chips, bananas, carrots and ginger, apples and cinnamon, cheese, spinach and feta.

‘SHAKE ME’ CLASSIC PANCAKE & WAFFLE MIX

Preparation instructions

Add 240 ml water into 400 g of Saint Zero premix. (1 powder: 1 water).

Shake mixture for 30 seconds until there are no lumps.

Cook in a waffle machine for 1 minute.
*Prepares 4 waffles.
Waffle (Crunchy)
Preparation instructions

Add 240 ml of water into 400 g Saint Zero premix into (1 powder: 0.6 water).

Shake mixture for 30 seconds until there are no lumps.

Cook in a waffle machine for 1 minute.
*Prepares 4 waffles.
Pancake recipe

Cook in a greased pan for 2 minutes per side, until each side is golden brown.
* Note: If batter is too stiff, add more of a milk alternative.
*Prepares 30 pancakes.
